What is the principle all food is divided into groups with points?
Food is divided according to the following characteristics:
1. number of fat content in food
2. type of fat in food (unsaturated, saturated, trans fats)

3. number of carbohydrates
4. value of food glycemic index (GI)
5. nutritional qualities
6. amount of fiber in food
The lower food point, the lower its fat accumulative
properties and vice verse the higher the point, the more fat you gain.

I am going to Egypt, there is a buffet. How should I measure my meal portion? How can I deal with my weight?
You should use smaller plate instead of usual one, b&b plate for example.
You should better swim and travel
more. In the evening you should go out for a walk outside the hotel.
And everything will be ok!
How to follow this diet? For example I can eat 4 meal points for breakfast. So can I combine sausage and eggs?
Of course you can: sausage - 4 points, eggs - 0 points, so total - only 4 points. You can even add vegetables - also 0 points.


 Tomorrow I can eat only 4 meal points. Can I eat only one item, or can I choose several food items from the four-point list?
No you cannot, you must choose only one item. If, for example, you want a sandwich - white bread (4 points) + sausage (4 points) = 8 points so this combination is forbidden.
